How do I return an item?
Returns and Exchanges We will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise purchased from shop.grayboutique.com. Returned items must include all original tags. Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. Refunds for non-sale merchandise will be made in the form of original payment (less shipping charges). Allow fourteen business days to process your request and refund your credit card. No exceptions will be made. Shop.grayboutique.com reserves the right to refuse returned goods. All return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days from the time you receive your order. Returns and exchanges can also be made at either boutique locations within 10 days.
